Obtained permanent injunction and jury verdict that included declaratory judgment over company ownership, and $285,000 for breach of fiduciary duty, fraud, attorneys’ fees, and punitive damages, plaintiffs’ victory in a Fulton County Superior Court trial in June 2021, in Hawkins, et al. v. Graham.

Successfully appealed trial court’s confirmation of an arbitration award to Georgia Court of Appeals, which reversed and vacated the trial court’s judgment. Mughni v. Beyond Management Group, Inc. 349 Ga. App. 398, 825 S.E.2d 820 (2019).
