- Successfully appealed a preliminary injunction to the Eleventh Circuit Court of Appeals, which vacated the preliminary injunction. Wicker v. Beria, 859 Fed. Appx. 354 (2021).
- Successfully appealed trial court’s confirmation of an arbitration award to Georgia Court of Appeals, which reversed and vacated the trial court’s judgment. Mughni v. Beyond Management Group, Inc., 349 Ga. App. 398, 825 S.E.2d 820 (2019).
- Defeated appeal attacking trial court award of attorney’s fees. affirmed by the Georgia Court of Appeals. Anglin v. Moore, 332 Ga. App. 346 (2015).
