Will Carson is counsel at Wolfe Law, LLC, where he represents individuals and businesses in a wide variety of civil matters in state and federal courts. Will enjoys working with clients to help them achieve their legal and business objectives.

Prior to joining Wolfe Law, Will practiced for over eight years at several well-respected civil litigation firms in Atlanta where he gained experience in a wide variety of matters including personal injury claims, complex insurance coverage, and licensing board complaints. In those roles, Will gained extensive experience taking and defending depositions of clients, opposing parties, police officers, witnesses, experts, and others.  He was also involved in a number of jury trials.

Will graduated from Emory University School of Law in 2015.  At Emory, he was a member of the Emory Moot Court Society and competed in the Philip C. Jessup International Law Moot Court Competition. While at Emory, he also worked as a summer clerk for a federal district court judge and probate court judge and completed an externship with the Office of the Georgia Attorney General of Georgia. Will received a B.A. in political science from Texas A&M University in 2012.
