August 25, 2025 – Wolfe Law successfully defended a trial court victory on appeal in the Georgia Court of Appeals.
The Court of Appeals affirmed a summary judgment entered for Wolfe Law’s client. The underlying trial court ruling had dismissed all claims brought by the plaintiff, and the appellate decision confirms that judgment.
