KayLynne E. Kratzer is an associate attorney with Wolfe Law in Atlanta. KayLynne’s practice focuses on representing individuals and businesses in commercial litigation, including cases involving contract disputes and business torts. Before joining Wolfe Law, KayLynne practiced commercial litigation and business law with a specialty in transportation, logistics, and construction. KayLynne has gained experience in state and federal courts, private arbitrations, and advising clients regarding corporate governance and commercial transactions.
A longtime resident of Atlanta, KayLynne actively volunteers in the community, including working with local animal rights groups and fostering through community shelters.
KayLynne earned her JD from Georgia State University College of Law in 2020 through Georgia State’s accelerated J.D. program after receiving her BA from Georgia State University in 2018.
